• The only data stored about you is the email address you enter when signing up for the Ling-oh! newsletter.
• Your email address is completely private and will never be shared with anybody, ever, for any reason.
• You'll receive only one kind of email – the Ling-oh! newsletter – directly from me.
• If you change your mind, you can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of every newsletter and this will take effect immediately. Your email address will be permanently deleted and you'll receive no further email.
